Author Guidelines

General guidelines for article contributors

Language: English

Text:  One and half-space, use 12-point font, Times New Roman

Word Count: 3500-7000 including abstract, keyword, Table acknowledgement, and referencing.

Page setup: A4, Margin 1 inch, top, bottom, left, and right with paginated.

Title:  Well informative concise not exceeding 15 words.  It should be in Times New Roman, size-14, title case, boldface centred. Mention name(s), affiliation(s), and email address (es) of the author(s). Clearly indicate author and co-author (if applicable)

Abstract: Each manuscript must have an abstract with in word range of 150-300. The abstract should be indicated the objectives of the research (review), methods employed, major findings, and conclusion in brief.

Keywords: Below the abstract, you should provide 3-5 keywords in alphabetical order, which should be separated by a semi-colon.

Main text:  Introduction, Methods, Finding/Result Discussion and conclusion should be included in the main text. If table and figure are applicable write table number, figure number in Arabic numbering and name in bolt face letter.

References: Express references in alphabetical order, following APA 7^th edition. 

 Acknowledgement can be made prior to the reference

Responsibility of authors

1. The authors are assumed to agree that their paper will be published in open access under DMC journals of Management studies
2. Authors must certify that their manuscript is their original work
3. Authors must certify that the manuscript is not currently being considered for publication elsewhere
4. Author should submit a manuscript which follows the author guidelines.
5. Author must participate in the peer review process
6. Authors are obliged to provide a response or correction of a mistake

1. Authors must report any errors they discover in their published paper to the Editors.
2. Authors should acknowledge all significant funders of the research pertaining to their article.

Editorial and Publishing Policies

Submission policy

       National and international scholars, and researchers are encouraged to submit those articles written in the English language which related to business studies. The submission has not been previously published.

Authors may not submit their manuscript elsewhere while it is under consideration at the Dhaulagiri Journal of Management Studies. If the manuscript meets the aim and scope of the journal and follows the guidelines then the author can submit their manuscript.

Peer review Process

1. Each manuscript is first reviewed editor-in-chief in consultation with an assistant editor. If it meets the objectives and scope of journals, it is then sent to two referees for double-blind peer review.
2. Review process usually takes 5-7 weeks but may take longer time some cases.
3. Depending upon the reviewer's suggestion manuscript is accepted, rejected or, most likely, rewritten, making correction suggestions are given to authors by editor- in -chief. The author then modified, make the correction, as per requirement and sends a review within the given timeline and sends a revised manuscript.
4. The paper will be formally accepted for publication when all editorial issues are resolved and notify it to the author.

Originality

Journal respects academic property and aims at protecting and encouraging the original work of its authors. After submission of the manuscript to the journal it is assumed that it is an original manuscript of the author(s) and is unpublished work and is not under consideration elsewhere. Plagiarism, including duplicate publication of the author's own work, in whole or in part without proper citation is not tolerated by the journal. Manuscripts submitted to the journal may be checked for originality using anti-plagiarism software. Editor reject submitted manuscripts if manuscripts are found to contain plagiarism.
